He’s one of three goons hired by Robbie Rotten to help him with his villainous plans. Tobby appears in the episode "Robbie's Dream Team". Description Tobby is a member of a trio of actors who perform at weddings, birthday parties, bar mitzvahs, carnivals, mall openings and conferences. He and his two colleagues are Bobby and Flobby Rotten. He’s the most affectionate of the bunch and is easily distracted. Looks Tobby is nearly identical to the other Robbies. He wears a two-piece suit of maroon and purple with gold pinstripes, spats, a navy blue shirt with cuffs and cuff links. In terms of height, he’s the middle of the bunch (neither the tallest nor the shortest). Just like Bobby, Tobby speaks with a New Jersey accent.
