Referenced characters The following characters appeared in the plays and are referenced somehow in the TV show, meaning that they still exist in the current LazyTown universe and were not scrapped completely. Jives MayhemTown Gang Officer Obtuse The Rooster Scrapped characters Penny Pestella Penny is a money-wasting beggar. She only appeared in Áfram Latibær!, the first play. She was played by Pálína Jónsdóttir. Pestella's Icelandic name is "Eyrún Eyðslukló". Post Officer The Post Officer is an unnamed mail deliveryperson. He was featured as a character in the book "Latibær í vandræðum". He was played by Ólafur Darri Ólafsson and only appeared in the second play, Glanni Glæpur í Latabæ. A puppet in his likeness was constructed by Wit Puppets.. Stanza Stanza was a dance elf with a cream coloured outfit and airship.
